Our popular and proven 80% jig is back, and it’s ready to help you finish your custom receiver. Compatible with both forged and billet AR-15 80% lowers and AR9 80% lowers, the Elite Builder Jig includes easy-to-follow drilling and milling guides, plus all the tooling you need. Pair it with a vise and a drill press, and you’re ready to rock.

Drill Bits & End Mill Bits Included
To make cutting and drilling as quick and easy as possible, Elite Builder included HSS bits: High-speed steel bits designed specially for gunsmithing and machining aluminium firearm receivers. The tool kit includes:
- (1) ⅜ Drill Bit – 5”
- (1) 5/32 Drill Bit – 3”
- (1) ⅜ Short End Mill – 3”
- (1) 5/16 Short End Mill – 4”
- (1) ⅜ Long End Mill – 4”
Jig Features & Specs:
- Self-aligning jig requires no special fitting during setup
- Compatible with any standard AR-15 or AR-9 80% lower
- Black anodized finish protects against rust and corrosion
- Pre-drilled holes for hammer, trigger, and safety pin holes
- Reinforced steel template plates for completing multiple lowers
IMPORTANT: This jig was designed to be used with a drill press. It is not designed to be used with a router.
