Returns Policy

30-day return window from delivery date. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all included components. We inspect every return—if it shows signs of live-fire testing or modification, it's not eligible.

No restocking fees for valid returns. We cover return shipping if the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Otherwise, customer pays return shipping.

To start a return: Email support@polymer80mag.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping address. Without authorization, returns will be refused.
